Refund policy
RETURNS
For online store ONLY: We accept returns on any unworn or unwashed items 14 days from the invoice date within Canada and 21 days from the invoice date within the United States and Internationally. Merchandise sold at a discount is considered a final sale. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must have all manufacturer tags and price tags on the garment.
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Specifically, we do not accept returns on tights/pantyhose if they have been opened, or, removed from original packaging.
To complete your return in Canada, email us at service@lachiccalgary.com and include your Order ID and list any items that you would like to return. We will respond via email with a return label. Print the return label, affix it to your package and drop it off at the nearest Post Office. Returns are free of charge within Canada.
Returns from the United States will require a flat fee of $35. Returns from International destinations will require a flat fee of $50.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
For in store purchases there are no refunds. Credit or exchange within seven days of purchase.
DEFECTS
If you receive an item with a flaw or defect, please contact us immediately via email at service@lachiccalgary.com. We will process a replacement or refund after inspection. Requests for replacement or refund must be made within 14 days of the invoice date.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

SHIPPING
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item so tracking and insurance can mitigate this risk.
